The declaration of new construction reflects a physical modification in a registered property, such as the construction of a building. The declaration can be of a finished farm or of a farm under construction, in the latter case it will be necessary to grant the corresponding certificate of completion of the work. The declaration of new work is always granted by the registered owner.

End of works minutes:
Its granting is preceded by the granting of a deed of declaration of new work under construction.

Identity document of the grantor.
Deed of declaration of new construction under construction.
Technical certificate relating to the construction of the work in accordance with the project for which the license was obtained.
If it is a promotion, the documentation related to the ten-year insurance and the building book are required.
